yeah believe is nice and good. i say too ex_interp 0.01 is perfect in theory.
and this article says what i said, 100 updates per sec if you have 0.01

the rest of the values are more or less what i say. Rate doesnt matter much you can have 1mio you feel no change, only too low is negative affected. because you get choke and loss.

0.1 you get only 10 updates.  you must work with netgraph 1 for ex_interp
possible values could be 0.09 0.08.

but when you see gaps in your netgraph 1. you have loss and choke. netgraph 1 is the best tool to see your connection. because it makes it more visual.

but again i know no server who can handle 100 ticks in 1 sec

no really it cant work. 0.01 cant work in a public server.

2. rates  /rate if its not under 10000 no problem ( you dont get more from server anyway) Still i recommend here 25000 or 20000
cl_cmdrate and cl_updaterate 101 if you go below you get red dots . red dots are bad. you can check it with netgraph 1.

not everyone will se red dots, not everyone use your internet :P
try to connect on some weaker wifi with these settings
